Party With A 3D Printer
In today’s busy world it can be really easy to lose sight of the little acts of joy such as the art of a good old-fashioned handwritten note, or the unlimited new possibilities that come with a fresh notebook. Here at Pepa we are all about encouraging people to slow down and appreciate the beauty of quality stationery, and thoughtful independent design from around the globe.
As part of our ongoing search to source new and unique products to share with you all, we were super pleased to stumble upon the beautiful work from Amelia Diggle - owner of HIJ. We immediately saw a connection between our customers, stationery lovers, and Human Interface Jewellery’s tech-y jewellery.
HI Jewellery provides a range of 3D printed jewellery - enabling anyone to get their hands on their own piece of the latest technology. During our party the majority of the guests proclaimed they had never seen a 3D printer in action! They were also intrigued to learn that you can 3D print in precious metal.
Digital interfaces have become the way we create and manage our lives and capture special moments, but there’s something intangible and a little detached about these flat screens. Human Interface Jewellery brings the digital tools that we use every day out of these flat screens and celebrates the power they have given us. Just like taking a pen to a blank page, we now take a mouse cursor to a blank screen.
3D printing has the potential to completely disrupt the retail industry for good. The fast-fashion and throw-away-culture is destroying our planet - and 3D printing provides a way to make only what’s needed.
A limited selection of pieces are available in store for you to check out - or available to purchase online here.
